Refund policy

At unique58, every item is custom-made and printed specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this Print-on-Demand model, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if you accidentally order the wrong size or color. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

Damages and Issues We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a defective item, you must report the issue within a day of receiving the product.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact us at unique58official@gmail.com within a day of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a clear, high-quality photograph showing the defect or damage.

  3. We will review your claim with our printing partners. If approved, we will process a replacement or refund right away. In most cases, you will not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Custom products, personalized items, and items without a clear manufacturing defect cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
